Coasteering

Coasteering in Polzeath on the north coast of Cornwall is an activity of exhilaration and fun! Coasteering is a combination of swimming along the base of the cliffs, exploring gullies, caves, cracks and different rock formations created by the sea, also stopping on route to experience the lift and fall of the sea against and below the cliffs.

Traversing and scrambling the lower level of sea cliffs above deep water and climbing the cliffs to the jumping locations. Cliff jumping can range from 1 – 10 meters in height!

Squeeze into a wetsuit, safety helmet and old trainers then scramble, climb, swim and cliff jump your way around Cornwall's spectacular rocky coastline, turning rocks, cliffs, caves and waves into playthings! Cliff jumping is not compulsory but most people like to try it.

Must be confident in the water but you do not have to be a good swimmer.
