The Upper Croe looks calm and tranquil for the most part, yet we have discovered its hidden secrets. Journey down the river, experiencing flume-like sections of the deep gorge - tackle ‘Jaws’ and ‘Indies passage’, venture in to’ Honeymoon pool’ and breathe in to squeeze through the ‘Constriction’. Only accessible to the bravest of adventurers!

- Swimwear
- Closed toe shoes that you don’t mind getting wet e.g. some old trainers
