Smoking
All our Cabins are non-smoking
Arrival and Departure times
Your Cabin will be ready for you from 4pm on your day of arrival and you can check in until 8pm. If you are running late, please call the site and let them know. Unfortunately all good things have to come to an end, and we ask that you leave your Cabin by 10am on your day of departure. There are a limited number of early check-ins and late departures available at a cost of £20 each and if you would like to arrive early or stay a little later, please contact a Holiday Advisor to book your early arrival or late departure at least 7 days prior to your arrival on site.
Disabled Access Cabins
We have specially adapted Cabins at five of our sites for customers with mobility problems. Please call us on 0845 130 8223 before booking to ensure the suitability of these Cabins for your needs.
Please note that these Cabins are reserved for guests with mobility problems and their families only.
Furry Friends
If bringing along your dog, please request a dog friendly Cabin. We accept a maximum of three dogs per Cabin at a cost of £8 per dog per night for the duration of your stay. Find out more information on dog-friendly breaks at Forest Holidays.
Little People
If you have a baby in your party, you may wish to hire a travel cot or highchair from us. These are available at a cost of £2 per night per item. Please reserve your cot or highchair when you book. Linen for cots is not provided.
Parking
Each Cabin includes two parking spaces, although the second car parking space may be away from your Cabin. If you are travelling in more than two cars then please let us know at the time of making your booking. Additional parking can be reserved when you book and is priced at £5 per night. Please be aware that additional parking may not be next to your Cabin.
Minimum Age
We can only accept bookings where there is at least one person aged over 18 per Cabin. The person making the booking must also be over 18 years of age.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit of £100 per Cabin per week is required at the time of booking, along with payment for any cancellation or breakage cover that is taken out. These payments are non-refundable.
The balance is due 12 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If you book within 12 weeks of your holiday start date then the full amount is required on booking.
Payment for on line bookings can only be made via a credit card. For Debit Card or other methods of payment, please contact our call centre on 0845 130 8223.
Cheques can only be accepted at least 15 days prior to the start of your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your booking you must notify us as soon as possible and confirm in writing. Provided the cancellation is received not less than 12 weeks before the start date of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. If we receive less than 12 weeks' notice, you will be liable to pay the total cost of the holiday.
To avoid these charges we advise customers to take out our cancellation cover.
Real Forest Value
We believe in providing real forest value. Our on-site activities are priced so the whole family can join in without breaking the bank.
Holiday Start Periods
Week holiday - Seven nights that start on either a Monday or a Friday, and finish on the corresponding Monday or Friday.
Weekend short break - Three nights that start on a Friday and finish on Monday.
Midweek short break - Four nights that start on a Monday and finish on Friday.
