Important information for your holiday

Pitches

A Standard Pitch is an undefined pitch to station your unit on and includes the first two people within the price. This does not include electric hook up or hard standing.  Space for one attached single awning or one toilet tent or one small trailer is included in the price, as is parking for one car.

A Premium Pitch is as a Standard Pitch and also includes electric hook up and/or hardstanding. Additional £3 per pitch per night over Standard prices.

A Select Pitch is as a Premium Pitch and includes a picnic table and larger pitch. Additional £7 per pitch per night over Standard prices.

A Select Plus Pitch is as a Select Pitch and also includes water and waste drainage. Additional £10 per night over Standard prices.

Arrival and Departure

It is important that customers report to the site manager on arrival, before pitching and to pay the fees in advance.

Arrival times are between midday and 10pm. Please let the site manager know if you wish to arrive outside of these times. Charges for early arrival are applicable.

Subject to availability, we accept bookings up to 10pm on day of arrival.

For advanced bookings, unless notified otherwise, the pitch will be held for you until 10pm on day of arrival.

pitches must be vacated by midday on day of departure unless agreed otherwise with the Site Manager. Late departures will be charged at £3 and are subject to availability.

Furry Friends

Well trained dogs are welcome on all dog friendly sites, subject to the payment of £1 per dog per night, maximum three dogs per pitch.

Parking

Parking for one car is included in the pitch price. Additional cars may be paid for, but we can not guarantee that parking will be situated directly on the pitch.

Pitch Extras

Forest Holidays allows you to book one of the following per pitch: pup tent, single gazebo (no more than 3m x 3m), extra car, boat, double awning, or trailer (over 1.2m). The pitch extras (excluding pup tents) incur a charge which must be paid at time of booking.

Additional People

Pitch prices include two people. Extra adults and children can be added for a charge per person. Maximum of six people per pitch. Children under five years old go free.

Payment

All sites accept credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express cards.

All one night stays are subject to a £1.50 administration charge.

For holidays of three nights or less, the full amount is payable at time of booking.

For holidays of four nights or more, a non refundable deposit of £30 per pitch is payable on advance bookings. The balance is due when you arrive on site.

For quick check in, especially on weekends, we recommend that full payment is made in advance.

Full payment must be made in advance for breaks including a bank holiday weekend.

Cheques will only be accepted at least 15 days prior to the start of your holiday. Cheques are not accepted on site.

Groups

Single sex and large groups are welcome at the Site Managers discretion. Please mention at the time of booking if you are an all male or all female group or if you have a party of six units or more.

Rallies for parties of 10 units or more receive a discount of 30% on Standard Pitch fees. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Minimum Age

We can only accept bookings where at least one of the party is over 18 years old.
