Important Information For Your Holiday

Holiday start dates:

W/E: Weekend – Three night short break starts on a Friday and finishes on a Monday.
Mid: Midweek – Four night short break starts on a Monday and finishes on a Friday.
Wk: Seven night stay starts on a Monday, Friday or Saturday and finished on the corresponding day.
Please note: Cabin pricing is calculated across date ranges. If your holiday falls accross two (or more) price ranges, you will be charged at the corresponding price for each night.

Arrivals and departures at cabin sites

You can collect your keys at reception between 4.00-8.00pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive outside these hours call the site manager and we’ll try to accommodate your arrival. Check out is by 10.00am on your departure day.
Early arrivals and late departures can be accommodated subject to availability and payment of the applicable fee.

Disabled Access Cabins

There are cabins specially adapted for use by disabled customers at all cabin sites.
Please call us before booking to check that the accommodation is suitable for your particular requirements. Please note that these cabins are reserved only for the use of our guests with disabilities and their families. Bookings made for occupation by non disabled guests can only be accepted within two weeks of departure.

Furry Friends

Please request a pet friendly cabin when booking. Some pets are accommodated subject to an additional payment of £30 per pet per week and £20 per short break, up to a maximum of 3 pets per cabin.

Little People

If you have a baby in your party, you may want to hire a high chair or a baby bath or cot. These are subject to availability and should be reserved at the time of booking. These are offered at £10 per week each or £5 each for a short break. Linen for cots is not provided.

Parking

The price of your stay includes parking for one car in cabins sleeping up to 6 and two cars in larger cabins. Additional parking can be reserved when you book for £5 per car per night and is subject to availability. Due to limited space, additional parking may only be available at reception.

Minimum age

We can only accept bookings where there is at least one person aged 18 years or over per cabin.

Deposit and payment

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per cabin per week, plus the charge for any cancellation and breakage cover if taken out is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due 12 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If your booking is made within 12 weeks of the start of your stay full payment is required when booking.
Cheques can only be accepted at least 15 days prior to the start of your holiday.

Electricity

Forest Holidays is proud of its promise to conserve energy and in order to encourage customers to help us keep our sites 'green', electricity is supplied to each cabin via meter cards.

Forest Holidays will ensure your cabin has an initial credit of electricity prior to your arrival. Should you require additional credit during your stay, meter cards can be purchased at reception.
