How can I redeem my gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be used against any new bookings, activities or extras on our website.

To redeem a Forest Holidays Gift Voucher against a new booking, follow the steps below:

1. Check availability on our website, select your desired break and add to your basket. You have the option to add any extras or activities to your break such as our popular In-Cabin Entertainment Package* which keeps you connected via unlimited Wi-Fi and entertained during your stay with access to an extensive library of the latest box office films and Sky Sports channels 1, 2, 3, and 4, or one of our fantastic educational Forest Ranger activities (don't worry if you want to add more extras or activities at a later date as these can be added to your online account at any time prior to your stay)

2. Once you have carefully crafted your perfect break, click to proceed to the checkout. You will arrive at our secure payment page where you have the option to add any gift voucher codes to your booking. Please enter each voucher code individually. Once you have entered all the vouchers you wish to redeem, you will then be asked to enter your payment details for the remaining balance (if your break is a lower value than your gift vouchers you will not need to enter any other payment details). Click to confirm you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and make payment. Your booking is now confirmed and you should receive an email with all of the details of your break.

To redeem a Forest Holidays Gift Voucher against extras or activities on an existing booking follow the steps below:

1. First, login to your Forest Holidays online account and select the booking you wish to add activities or extras to. Follow the normal process to add the desired activities or extras to your booking and, once all have been added, click to continue to the payment screen. 

2. You will then be given the option to enter your gift voucher code(s) and other payment details (if the remaining balance is greater than your gift voucher amount). Click to confirm you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and make payment. Your extras are now confirmed and will be displayed in your online account.

*Please note that if your break or activities are of a lower value than your gift voucher no change will be given and the remaining gift voucher balance will be lost. Click here for our full Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.
