What should I do if my break is affected by government guidance?

We’re committed to following Government guidance and will continue to monitor the situation in line with any changes. There are different rules in place for England, Scotland and Wales, and it’s your responsibility to check and understand the rules as they apply to you.

COVID rules are legally enforceable, and you will be asked to return home if you break them.

But don’t worry. If you’re affected by guidance on household mixing, you’re required to self-isolate or are affected by any regional or local restrictions your money is safe.

Request a full refund or rebook a new break for another time with a discount of up to £100 where the break is more expensive (where the break is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference).

To request a full refund, email priorityguests@forestholidays.co.uk from the email address on the account and include your booking reference. You’ll receive an email when it’s been processed by our finance team.
