Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm on the day of arrival. If you've pre-booked an early check in (or you're staying in a White Willow Premium cabin), you can check in from 2pm. If you’re arriving any later than 8pm please call to let us know your estimated time of arrival so we can help you get to your cabin.
 
When you arrive, just follow the road and head to the Forest Retreat to collect your keys. You'll need the barrier code: 2512
 
The Forest Retreat isn't only our reception desk – it's also your on-location shop, café and bar rolled into one. Pick up the essentials then make your way to your cabin. The holiday’s begun!

Get the holiday started sooner...
Complete your guest and vehicle registration form before you arrive to speed up checking in. You'll be sent this in an email before you arrive.

Check-out time is before 10am (unless you've booked late check-out by 12pm). Drop off your keys at the Forest Retreat, or pop them in the outside box if you're heading off quickly.
 
Please ensure you take your rubbish out, load and start the dishwasher, and leave your cabin and barbecue in a clean condition. Make sure you leave the cabin as you found it, as we may charge up to £250 if your cabin isn’t clean and tidy.

Stay a little longer...
You can add a late check-out at any time during your break (from £30). Late check-outs are subject to availability, so check your account if booking ahead, or ask the team at the Forest Retreat while you're here.
