Comprising 82 forest cabins perfect for short breaks or longer stays, surrounded by 3,300 acres of magnificent pine forest, Sherwood Forest holidays have everything. The cabin accommodation includes Silver Birch, Golden Oak, our famous Golden Oak Treehouse, and our romantic Golden Oak Hideaway. At the heart of the Sherwood Forest location is the Forest Retreat, where you can shop, eat, drink, meet the team, and book activities, including the Forest Ranger adventures. There is also a children’s play area here too.

At the Forest Retreat, the hub of our Sherwood Forest location, you’ll meet the friendly team who will help you to get the most out of your holiday. The Forest Retreat is also home to the bright and airy place to sit and enjoy a hot snack, a well-stocked bar, and the site shop, which has everything from day-to-day essentials to luxuries, gifts and souvenirs, with many locally sourced items.
