What to do in an emergency
For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire, or coastguard) please immediately call 999 (or 112 from a mobile). Even without phone reception, 112 will work. Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen.
All cabins have their own unique what3words code, found on the map inside your the main door. Please give this information to the emergency services.
Please also contact us at the Visitor Centre to let us know about your emergency. If it's out of hours, call

In case of a fire

- Ensure that all persons are accounted for
- Dial 999 and ask for ‘FIRE’
- State your location
- Notify us once you're safe
- Do not attempt to re-enter until a Fire Officer states that it is safe to do so.
