What time is check-in/check-out?
You can check-in between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 10:00 on the morning of departure.
For a supplementary fee your stay can be extended with early check-in (14:00) or a late check-out (12:00). This can added to your booking in your online account or by calling our Holiday Advisors on 03330 110 495.
Please note that premium early check-in is included from 14:00 in White Willow Premium cabins, however late check-in is not offered in these log cabins.
If you are arriving any later than 20:00 please call the location directly to let them know your estimated time of arrival so they can advise you where to collect your keys.
