Hire one of our child bikes from us for a day or your whole break and there’ll be a helmet and bike lock for you too. The small bike frame is 12 inches which is suitable for children aged about 5-9 years old. The large bike frame is 13 inches which is suitable for those children aged about 8-11.

From mountains and lochs to woodland to moors, our locations are close to some of the best long-distance cycling routes and mountain bike trails in the country. All our locations are close to points on the Sustrans National Cycle Network, a UK-wide network made up of over 5000 miles of signed paths and routes - many of which are traffic-free. Perfect for walking, cycling, wheeling and exploring outdoors. You can even find our cabins nestled within the best landscapes for mountain biking in the world, from the mountains of Snowdonia to hidden tracks in the Forest of Dean and Sherwood Forest. Advanced mountain bikers will also love the coastal Cinder Track in North Yorkshire (close to Cropton and Keldy) and the beautiful South Downs Way in Hampshire which is near our cabins in Blackwood Forest.
