What happens if my break is affected by closures?

We’ll send you an email or give you a call as soon as we can. In the event of a closure, you’re able to request a full refund or rebook a new break for another time. We’ll tell you how to proceed when we get in touch.

If you’ve made payments towards your break but have not paid the full balance by your due date, our team members can’t secure your holiday and it may be cancelled. If you’ve paid the full balance, you’ll receive a full refund.
