Pick up your free activity pack on location from 1 October - 31 December 2026.

After experiencing the world of Fairylandia in the forest, one lucky winner will also take home their very own Gabby’s Dollhouse thanks to this partnership.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These are the terms and conditions that apply to the prize draw with the title “Gabby’s Dollhouse” that is being run by the Promoter (as defined below) on www.forestholidays.co.uk and/or a website(s) of a Forge Holiday Group Brand (as defined below) (the Prize Draw).

By entering the Prize Draw you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter

The promoter for the Prize Draw is Forest Holidays Ltd of One City Place, Queens Road, Chester, CH1 3BQ (Promoter and Promoter’s Address).

3. How to Enter the Prize Draw

3.1 To enter: Pick up a Step into Fairylandia activity book from one of our 13 locations, follow the QR code link on the reverse of the booklet. Enter name and email address details to submit your free entry

3.2 The Prize draw will run from 1st October 07:00 (Opening Date) to 31st December 23:59 (Closing Date) (this is an Entry).

3.3 Entry to the Prize Draw must have been made before the Prize Draw’s Closing Date. An Entry to the Prize Draw received after its Closing Date won’t be accepted.

3.4 There is no purchase necessary to enter a Prize Draw from the Promoter’s perspective.

3.5 The Promoter will not (a) accept responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, regardless of cause, including, for example due to equipment and/or system failure or a technical malfunction or (b) accept proof of an Entry by any means other than what appears to the Promoter on the Promoter’s system as proof of entry into a Prize Draw when the Promoter checks this after the Prize Draw’s Closing Date.

4. Eligibility to Enter the Prize Draw

4.1. The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their family members.

4.2. On entering a Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require proof of this.

4.3. The Promoter will not accept any Entry that is (a) automatically generated by computer, (b) completed by third parties or in bulk and/or (c) is incomplete.

4.4. There is no limit to the number of entries.

4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you from a Prize Draw if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of a Prize Draw.

5. The Prizes

The below describes what the Prize is in relation to the Prize Draw (a Prize):

5.1. One Gabby’s Dollhouse

5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

5.3. Each Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

6. Winners of the Prize Draw

In relation to the Prize Draw:

6.1. The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected by assigning a number to each valid Entry that the Promoter pulls from its system, then an available online random number generator of the Promoter’s choosing will be used to pick a winner (Generator). The decision of the Generator, in relation to its role in the process, will be final.

6.2. The Promoter will send details of the Generator used for the Prize Draw to anyone who writes to the Promoter within one month of that Prize Draw’s Closing Date requesting them.

6.3. The decision of the Promoter, having used the Generator, is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.4. There will be 1 winning Entry in total.

6.5. The Promoter will contact the winner(s) as soon as practicable after the Closing Date by email (Notification).

6.6. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The Promoter will send the surname and county of a Prize Winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the Promoter at the Promoter’s Address, in both instances, within one month after the Closing Date of that Prize Draw.

6.7. If you object to any or all of your surname, county being published or made available, please email [email protected] or write to the Promoter at the Promoter’s Address. In such circumstances the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 6.8. 7. Claiming a Prize

In relation to the Prize Draw:

7.1. If you are the winner of a Prize (you will have received a Notification – see 6.5), Claim the prize- by replying to the email an address. You will have 10 days from the date of the Notification to claim it. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid, and a new winner will be selected.

7.2. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

7.3. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up a Prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person that has entered the Prize Draw or any winner of the Prize Draw, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of any person entering the Prize Draw or taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. General

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
