Are any members of staff on-location at night?
A member of the team will always be on duty at night should you require them. The Forest Retreat is open daily from 8:00 until 20:00 and an emergency number will be provided in your holiday lodge welcome pack and on the TV. You can find out who will be on duty and how to reach them at reception in the Forest Retreat.
