What features of my break need to be paid for at the time of booking?

If you’ve booked a log cabin or lodge and are due to arrive within 6 weeks of your booking, you’re required to pay for specific log cabin selection and all extras and activities at the time of booking.

If you use our deposit option to book you pay for flexible cancellation and specific cabin selection at the time of booking, payment is taken at the same time as your deposit.

If you use our pay monthly option to book you pay for flexible cancellation and specific cabin selection at the time of booking. Payment is taken at the same time as your deposit.

If payment for any extras or activities hasn’t been made by the time your balance is due, the system may remove these from your online booking. This may mean they’re no longer available to re-add to your booking.
