Evan is responsible for the daily management of Ardgartan Argyll. His favourite thing about working at Forest Holidays is the stunning forest location and the gorgeous commute each day. He recommends booking Forest Survival with our Forest Ranger and visiting Firkin Point, where you can enjoy the views on a walk or with a picnic along the edge of Loch Lomond.

    Forest Retreat Manager

    Jacqui is our Forest Retreat Manager at Ardgartan Argyll and is responsible for the daily management of the Forest Retreat. You’ll find her helping in the shop, greeting our guests in reception or cooking in the kitchen. She recommends visiting Strathlachlan, Strachur for food and the historical castle ruins on Loch Fyne. Jacqui's rarest wildlife sighting on location is a leatherback turtle.

    Our Forest Ranger Andy can be found out on location teaching our guests about the local wildlife or exploring the forest trails around Argyll Forest Park. His favourite place to visit is Loch Lomond Bird's of Prey Centre at Loch Lomond Shores. On a rainy day, Andy recommends pulling on your wellies and waterproofs and getting out and about.
