An inviting outdoor hot tub, a comfortable, en-suite master bedroom, and high-spec fittings, the Silver Birch cabin is a great choice for your forest break. The cabins are equipped with everything you will need for a fantastic holiday, and the attention to the small details of design and finish are evident throughout. Silver Birch cabins offer a choice of two or three bedrooms. All Silver Birch cabins at Strathyre have a main shower room plus an en-suite in the main bedroom. They also have a mezzanine floor with futon chairs that convert into beds.

All the information you need to know about Silver Birch cabins at Strathyre:

  • Dog free and dog friendly cabins available, there is an additional charge of £10 per dog, per night and a maximum of three dogs per cabin
  • Two or three bedroom cabins with sumptuous furnishings
  • Sleeps 4 - 6
  • All Silver Birch cabins have a main shower room, plus an en-suite in the master bedroom. They also have a mezzanine floor with futon chairs that convert into beds
  • Bed linen, duvets and pillows
  • Double master bedroom with luxurious en-suite
  • Cabin number 4 has a double master bedroom, a twin room with two single beds and a twin room with bunk beds
  • Twin room/s with separate shower room
  • Flat-screen TV
  • DVD player
  • Fully integrated kitchen
  • Private outdoor hot tub
  • Bike rack
  • Private terrace with outdoor furniture
  • Space to park two cars (additional cars can be added at an extra cost). Second car parking space may be away from the cabin
Things you can pre-order for your cabin: 
  • Pre-ordered food - we provide a wide range of grocery packs that can be ordered and delivered to your cabin prior to your arrival
  • Travelling with children - you can hire baby baths, high chairs and travel cots from us to help with your packing
  • Treat yourself - you can pre-order a number of treats including Champagne and chocolates, flowers and even a romantic package
  • Cabin extras - all the extra things that make your break even more special

Please note that we do not provide the following:

  • Hair dryers
  • Iron and ironing board or trouser press
  • Bed linen for travel cots
  • Dog beds and dog bowls in pet friendly cabins
  • Towels for Silver Birch cabins (you can hire these from us)

It is also advisable to bring:

  • A torch (we have no artificial lighting on our cabin sites)
  • Outdoor clothing
  • Sturdy footwear for exploring the forest
  • You will need to bring your own washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc, but don’t worry if you forget as we sell them in the Forest Retreat!
