What is the cancellation policy?
If your cancellation is more than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday you will forfeit the deposit paid. If the cancellation is less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday you will incur the full cost of the holiday.
We recommend that guests read our Flexible Amendment terms and make use of this when booking a lodge holiday.
Our Flexible Amendment option can be selected at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking, you will receive a refund where the amount is linked to the notice period of your cancellation. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.
24 hour cooling off period: We understand that sometimes breaks can be booked in haste, or error or unforeseen circumstances arise.
Our cooling off period provides comfort that we will cancel your booking and refund any monies paid less any unrecoverable commitments made to external suppliers and card surcharges (if applicable). Please note email confirmation from the lead booker is required within 24 hours to process this.
Low deposit: If you cancel your Low Deposit booking or we do not receive full payment from you by the due date, you will forfeit the total cost of any payments made to date. Further, you will also be responsible to pay us the difference between the Low Deposit and the Standard Deposit, plus any associated fees and cancellation charges.
Pay monthly: If any of the scheduled monthly payments fail, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. You will be responsible to pay us the Standard Deposit, plus any fees or cancellation charges at this time. If your payments to date exceed this value, we will refund you the difference.
