Cropton shortlisted for “outstanding customer service” in white rose awards

We’re thrilled to announce we’ve been named as a finalist in the ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ category of the 2016 Yorkshire White Rose Awards for our Cropton location.

The awards, stated to be the largest celebration of tourism excellence in the UK, recognise and reward the very best of the industry across Yorkshire. The ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ category celebrates companies which go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a fantastic experience. With our guests at the heart of everything we do, we believe we fit the criteria to be named as winner.
