It’s important for us to understand what helps you book with confidence and feel safe when you arrive at your destination. Which is why we’ve used this moment of pause to get to know your holiday plans a little better - so when the time is right to reopen, your mind is at rest.

Since sending out our Big Holiday Survey by email we’ve had a whopping 50,000 people tell us about their future holidays plans. Here’s what we’ve discovered so far…

You want to stay closer to home this year

With so much uncertainty around travel restrictions and flight cancellations, it’s no surprise to hear the majority of you are researching UK holidays for foreseeable future:

Our 11 exclusive UK locations can be found in beautifully secluded locations across the country. It’s never been easier to ditch the long drive and plan a staycation that’s local to you. Plus when you book with us, your money is safe thanks to our Flexible Amendment Protection.

Cleanliness is important to you

In our survey 73% of people said they want to be able to study a business’s cleaning and social distancing policies. So we made ours available to view online - including information about our brand new CleanAssure+ system with BioGuard.

Got questions about hot tubs, social distancing or going contactless? You can read about how we’re getting ready to welcome you back on our website. We’re around to answer questions on social media too.

You feel safe with Forest Holidays

Whether it’s because you can social distance naturally in our remote forest surroundings or because our ‘unpackaged’ holidays give you the freedom to explore the great outdoors, the survey showed that:

When you stay with us, there’s no need to pay for expensive activities or worry about crowds and queues. The forest is yours to safely explore, with plenty of room to enjoy total privacy while reconnecting with nature.

If you’re ready to plan your next forest escape, give yourself something to look forward to and book from 6 July 2020.
