Ardgartan

On the shore of the loch, Ardgartan is surrounded by the magnificent mountain scenery of Argyll Forest Park.

Great for walking, mountain biking, pony trekking and mountaineering, Ardgarten is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts – you can even launch your own boat from the site. There is excellent river and loch fishing nearby too with permits available locally.

If you want to travel a little further afield, the site is a perfect touring base for the Cowal peninsula, the seaside town of Dunoon, the Younger Gardens at Benmore and Loch Lomond.
