Keldy
Relax in the gentle beauty of Yorkshire's
woodland
With its home in the North York Moors National Park, Keldy is a
location that definitely won’t disappoint.
Keldy is situated in the heart of Cropton Forest which is a
haven for flora and fauna. From birdlife to floor dwellers and from
forest flowers to spectacular fungi, Keldy presents a different
face to the world with the passing of the seasons.
Keldy is uniquely placed in the heart for the
forest, but also just a short trip from Scarborough, Whitby
and Robin Hood’s Bay on the coast. So you can start the day walking
on forest leaves and end it with sand between your toes.
What you can do
Keldy has miles of forest trails making it
perfect for beautiful walks or cycling. You can follow nature
trails and for the more adventurous there’s orienteering to
take part in. If you want a more relaxing time though, you can sit
in one of our forest hides and watch the wildlife. Other options
include taking part in an Active
Adventure, expeditions with our Ranger or a visit to the Dalby Forest Visitor
Centre with its observatory and craft workshops.
